Community Guidelines
Last updated: 21 July 2026
Spawnlist only works if the list is honest. These guidelines apply to everything on the Service — listings, media, reviews, votes and conduct. Breaking them can get content removed, servers delisted, paid placement revoked, or accounts banned.
Listings
A listing must:
- be a real, playable multiplayer server you own or are authorized to represent;
- have an accurate name, address, description, tags, version and region;
- not impersonate another server, brand, or person, or mislead about what it offers.
Listings must not contain or promote:
- anything illegal, or content that sexualizes minors — this is a zero-tolerance rule and will be reported to the authorities;
- pornographic or explicit sexual content;
- hate speech, harassment, threats, or content attacking people based on who they are;
- malware, phishing, scams, or deceptive "free" claims that are actually pay-to-win;
- sale of cheats, exploits, stolen goods, or other people's intellectual property.
Media (banner, icon, screenshots)
Uploaded images must relate to your server. No explicit, shocking, hateful, or deceptive imagery, and nothing that imitates Spawnlist's own interface to trick users. Uploads are checked automatically, and we may remove any image without notice.
Reviews
Reviews should reflect real, first-hand experience. Don't:
- post fake, spam, or paid/incentivized reviews;
- review-bomb a server or coordinate mass reviews;
- include personal attacks, doxxing, or private information.
Voting
Vote within the rules — one vote per player per day. No bots, scripts, multiple accounts, or buying votes. Rewarding players in-game for casting a genuine vote (for example via Votifier) is fine; manufacturing votes is not. Detected manipulation leads to votes being removed and can get a server delisted.
Conduct
Don't harass other users, impersonate anyone, or try to game the rankings or defraud people. Treat the community the way you'd want your own server's players treated.
How we enforce this
Reports go to human moderators — reporting something doesn't remove it automatically. When we act, we may remove content, reject or delist a server, withdraw paid placement, or ban an account, depending on severity and history. Rankings themselves are never for sale, so we won't remove a competitor just because someone reports them without cause.
Reporting
Use the report button on a server or review, or emailsupport@spawnlist.gg with a link and what's wrong.
