Survival Minecraft: Bedrock servers

Survival on Bedrock has far fewer plugins than Java, so the differences between servers come down to simpler things: land claims, whether PvP is on, and how often the world is backed up. Server software matters more than it sounds — PocketMine and similar forks give you claims, homes and an economy, while a plain Bedrock Dedicated Server is close to vanilla with a whitelist. Ask about backup and reset history; Bedrock worlds corrupt more often than anyone advertises.
