Bedrock minigame servers skew toward large commercial networks: thousands of players in a lobby, short rounds, and modes tuned for touch controls and instant queues. That scale comes with a storefront — cosmetics, ranks and in-game currency are how most of them are funded, so look at what's purchasable before handing the tablet over. The independent minigame servers are smaller and rougher, but they tend to run modes the partner networks never will.
